How can I place an order?

Add items to your shopping cart using the ‘Add to Cart’ button. You can continue shopping or proceed directly to checkout. At checkout, you can pay using various payment methods. Once your payment is complete, you will receive an order confirmation email with details about your order.

Can I order from abroad?

Yes, you can order from abroad.

How long will it take to receive my order?

If you place your order from Monday to Friday before 5:00 PM, your package will be handed over to DHL the same day. Orders placed on the weekend will be handed over to DHL on Monday.

My order hasn’t been delivered yet; what should I do?

If you haven’t received your order, please feel free to contact customer service. We can request DHL to initiate an investigation. If DHL confirms after the investigation that the order was delivered, we are not obliged to reimburse the undelivered order in any way. WAM Denim has no control over any delays or issues with DHL’s delivery service.

I haven’t received my order on time; what should I do?

If you haven’t received your order on time, please feel free to contact customer service. WAM Denim is not responsible for any delays or issues caused by the DHL delivery service.

Can I cancel or change my order?

It depends on the status of your order. If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact customer service immediately. Once your order has been processed, it can no longer be canceled or changed.

Can the item be delivered to a different address?

Yes, that’s possible! You can provide a different delivery address than your billing address when placing your order.

I’m still waiting for an order confirmation and/or tracking information; what should I do?

Please feel free to contact our customer service if you haven’t received an order confirmation or tracking information.

How can I check if the item is still available in my size?

If you want to place an order and the box with your size has a red ball, your size is currently out of stock. Items without a red ball are in stock.

My order needs to be repaired or completed; what should I do?

If your order is not damaged or incomplete, please feel free to contact our customer service. Briefly describe the issue and don’t forget to include your order number and one or more photos in your email.

Returns & exchanges

How can I return my order?

To start a return, go to our return portal via this link and submit your request. Once your return is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with your return label. Pack the items carefully, include the packing slip, and remove the old shipping label. Drop off your package at the nearest UPS location. We will process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days after receiving your return. Please note that the original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are not reimbursed unless the received item was incorrect or damaged. Return shipping costs are €6.

Can I exchange or return my online purchase in a store?

No, unfortunately, that is not possible.

What is the return period?

For online orders, you have 14 days to return or exchange your items. This period starts on the day you receive your order. The same 14-day return or exchange period applies to in-store purchases. Always bring your receipt along with the items.

What are the conditions for returns?

Items purchased online or in a store must meet the following conditions to be eligible for a return or exchange.

The item must not be washed or worn (trying it on is allowed).

The item must show no signs of use (no odors, loose hairs, makeup stains, etc.).

The item must retain its original tags.

The item may only have manufacturing defects.

The customer must be able to provide the receipt.

What if my item does not meet the return conditions?

Items purchased online or in-store must meet the return conditions to be eligible for an exchange or return.

Can I exchange my item?

When will I receive my refund if I return a product?

If you return the package, we will refund your money as quickly as possible. We aim to process your refund within three days of receiving your package.

If you haven’t received your payment after a week, please feel free to contact customer service. We can only issue your refund once we have received your return.

My return package has not been received yet. What should I do?

Customers who send us a package are responsible for that package. WAM Denim has no control over any delays or issues with the delivery service. WAM Denim is not obligated to compensate the customer in any way if a return package is lost. If the package is lost, we can request DHL or UPS to conduct an investigation. The results of this investigation are usually available within 14 days.

What if my item does not meet the return conditions?

The item will then be returned to the customer, who will be responsible for the shipping costs.

Can I pay later?

No, unfortunately, that is not possible.

Can I purchase a gift card at WAM Denim?

Yes, that’s possible. We sell gift cards in all our stores. There is no minimum or maximum amount—you choose the value of the gift card. The gift card is valid for one year.

Can I pay online with a gift card?

Yes, that’s possible. You can pay for an order in-store or online with a gift card.

I want a larger refund. How is that possible?

For online orders, a return shipping fee of €6 applies. Additionally, a discount on a product may be forfeited. For example, WAM Denim may offer a promotion where the second or third item is offered at a special price.

If 1 or 2 items from an order are returned, the discount will be forfeited. In the case of a bundle offer, the discount always applies to the cheapest item(s).

I have a complaint; what should I do?

Do you have a complaint? We would like to hear from you. You can contact us by phone or email, and we will do our best to resolve it to your satisfaction. Don’t forget to include your order number in your email.

What can I do if I have a complaint about a purchase in a store?

If you purchased an item in a store and are not satisfied with it, please return to the store where you bought the item. Alternatively, you can go to another nearby store. Be sure to bring your receipt and the item with you.
