How do I return my order?
1. REGISTER
Within 14 days after receiving your order, select the items you want to return and choose the desired return method.
2. PACK
Pack the items you want to return and add the packing slip. Don't forget to remove the old shipping label.
3. SEND
Bring your package to a post office within 3 business days after registration or have your package picked up by using the pickup service (depending on which return method you have chosen).
4. REFUND
As soon as our distribution center has received your return, you will receive within 14 working days a refund or an adjusted AfterPay invoice. The return shipping fee of €5.25 will automatically be deducted from your refund.
