Delivery time 

We do our best to deliver your order as soon as possible. All the orders from international customers are being shipped by UPS. Shipments within Europe usually arrive within 2-3 working days, to destinations outside of Europe the delivery time is usually 3-5 working days. This can vary depending on the country of destination. 

Shipping costs 

We send all of our international shipments with UPS. 

Shipping to West-European countries is free if your order amount is above €100. If the total amount is lower than this, the shipping costs €7,75. To East-Europe shipping is free above €200, otherwise, the costs are €14,95. 

Shipping to other countries varies on the destination. You can contact our helpdesk for more information.

You can track your order via this link on the UPS website. 

The track and trace code has been provided in the shipping confirmation, which you will receive by e-mail. The e-mail will be sent as soon as the order has been shipped.
